Overview
Our calcium-zinc fitting stabilizer is a direct replacement for tin systems in injection-moulded PVC fittings. It reaches Vicat softening temperatures up to 80 °C with excellent sustained-pressure (SRT) results across different moulds, while the lubrication package is tuned for low cycle times — so multi-cavity moulds keep their output high. Lead-free and tin-free, it suits fittings destined for plumbing and potable-water systems.
