Lead Based Stabilizers

One-Pack Lead Stabilizer

Complete lead stabilizer + lubricant pack in a single addition — grades from 12% to 50% PbO, switchable across applications, so one dosing step replaces the whole stabilizer-lubricant system.

One-pack lead PVC stabilizer flakes for pipe extrusion

Overview

Grade SCI-240-SP · SCI-275-SLF

Our one-pack lead stabilizers combine the primary heat stabilizer, co-stabilizers and a balanced internal/external lubricant package in one ready-to-dose product. The range runs from 12% to 50% PbO, so the lead level can be switched to match your compound, line speed and cost target across pipe and other rigid PVC applications. SCI-240-SP is the balanced grade developed for pipes made to IS standards — better thermal stability and effective lubrication at a lower dosage than individually weighed components. SCI-275-SLF is the high-lead flushing grade, formulated to purge the screw and barrel between runs with very high heat stability and operator-adjustable lubrication.

FAQ

One-Pack Lead Stabilizer — frequently asked questions

What is a one-pack PVC stabilizer?

A one-pack (or all-in-one) stabilizer combines the heat stabilizer, internal and external lubricants and co-stabilizers in a single pre-blended addition, so you dose one product instead of weighing several components separately.

What are the advantages of a one-pack system over individual additives?

One-pack systems cut weighing and mixing errors, improve batch-to-batch consistency, simplify inventory and speed up compounding — while keeping the stabilizer and lubricant package balanced for your process.

Which applications is your one-pack stabilizer suitable for?

Our one-pack systems are used across rigid and flexible PVC, including pipes, profiles and fittings, with the package tuned to your resin, line and end-use.
